Don’t we all fell like a slug sometimes? Yeah, we do. This is the second music video I have made with the musician Goodtime.

A month ago I went on a road trip to the Yosemite Valley, with a good friend. While we were there I had strange feeling.

There’s castles in the sky and they are almost always there. They tend to move, though they do so quite slowly, but if you sit and watch them long enough you can see it happen.

This video is art and your disagreement with that statement is part of it. This one came from the strange fever dream that was the fleeting summer of 2020.

I made this in May 2020, a point in time that I believed was well into the coronavirus pandemic. I still feel it, however long ago it may have been.

I shot this in the summer of 2019, and edited in my first few weeks away at college. I was feeling a strange nostalgia for a time that was only a month or so earlier.

The ground is hard and birds can leave it. The sky’s the same color as the sea. This is that world in which we’re living, oh, and how different things could be.
